Your September 28 issue carries a lengthy review by Luigi Barzini of two recent books about Antonio Gramsci, the Italian Communist leader and Marxist philosopher. Perhaps your readers would be interested to know that the only work of Gramsci now available in English, The Modern Prince and Other Writings, has just been released in a paperback edition by International Publishers of New York.
