Ferrata Errata

By Ingrid D. Rowland

In response to Star Trek* (February 22, 2001)

To the Editors:

My apologies to the great nineteenth-century sculptor Ettore Ferrari for momentarily confusing him with his Baroque colleague Ercole Ferrata [in "Star Trek," NYR, February 22]. Ettore Ferrari created the monument to Giordano Bruno in Rome's Campo de' Fiori.
