In his review of The Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman World [NYR, April 26], Jasper Griffin expresses his hope that Princeton University Press will update its Princeton Encyclopedia of Classical Sites. In the meantime, it should be noted that the printed (1976) work has been converted to a Web version, with links to many new photographs. See www.perseus.tufts.edu/PR/pecs.ann.html.
