To the Editors:
You've probably already heard this, but either Mr. Fenton or the proofreader slipped up when quoting the lyrics from the Beatles' "I Am the Walrus" ["Shock Absorbed," NYR, May 23]. It should read:
Semolina pilchard
Climbing up the Eiffel Tower
Elementary penguin
Singing Hare Krishna
Man, you should have seen them
Kicking Edgar Allan Poe
