To the Editors:

I’m afraid there’s an error in my last article—on Thy Tears Might Cease (Oct. 22). On page 13, 2nd par., 3rd sentence, there should be:

a semi-realistic, semi-fanciful projection of what Farrell thought might have been his life if fate had been a little more imaginative in its treatment of him.

The line italicized has dropped out. Since it’s a quotation from the editor, Monk Gibbon, and it doesn’t now make sense, perhaps you ought to print a correction in the next issue? I hope it wasn’t my own fault.
