To the Editors:

Last year there was established in the Library of University College London a Joyce Center, administered by a Committee made up of representatives of the Trustees of the Joyce Estate, Messrs Faber & Faber, and University College, together with such distinguished Joyce scholars as James Atherton, Richard Ellmann, and Clive Hart. The principal object is to provide a working collection (within walking distance of the British Museum) for Joyce scholars from all over the world. To this end we should like to appeal to authors to send us books, articles, and dissertations on Joyce or related topics. I should be grateful if they could be addressed to: The Lord Northcliffe Professor, Department of English, University College, London WC1.
