To the Editors:
In my article, “The Scar of Sigmund Freud,” on page 20 of the October 9 issue of The New York Review, I refer to “Nisbett and Ross’s experiments.” While Lee Ross may agree with the conclusions, the experiments themselves were carried out by Richard E. Nisbett, Timothy De Camp Wilson, and others, and analyzed by Mr. Nisbett and Mr. Wilson in the paper I cited.
