In a recent letter from Review author Stephen Toulmin [NYR, April 26] he refers to an article by Steven Sahpin published in Isis in “February 1981.” We do not have a February issue; the aforementioned article appeared in the September 1981 issue, vol. 72, pp. 187–214.
