E-book Launch for “Beirut, I Love You”

The PowerHouse Arena welcomes Zena el Khalil and NYRB Lit for a unique evening that will also include entertainment by tap-dancing TED fellow, Andrew J. Nemr, and Lebanese wine.
TED fellow Zena el Khalil is a young Beirut-based female artist, writer, and activist who had an unconventional but worldly upbringing growing up in Lagos, Nigeria and attended art school in New York. After 9/11 she returned to her familial home of Beirut. Beirut, I Love You, is currently on its way to becoming a feature film and won every award at the Torino Film Lab.
