Immrama Literary Festival
June 8, 2012 – June 10, 2012
In the charming Irish town of Lismore, in County Waterford, the small Immrama Literary Festival, dedicated to travel writing, will celebrate the work of Patrick Leigh Fermor, who died last year. I will be speaking with Fermor’s official biographer, Artemis Cooper, to whom he confided (sometimes reluctantly) over many years. Her biography will be published in October.
Colin Thubron's conversation with Artemis Cooper will take place on June 9 at 3:00 PM at Blackwater Community School Hall. Tickets: €25.00
