London and New York Street Photography (1860–2010)
If you wish you were in London for the Olympics and the always delightful weather, but you’re still in New York City and its always delightful weather, you might want to go to the Museum of the City of New York, where weather doesn’t matter, and check out the photography exhibit London Street Photography (1860–2010). There are 160 images of that city and another 30 of New York by photographers like Jacob Riis, Berenice Abbot, Helen Levitt, William Klein, Nan Goldin, Joel Meyerowitz, John Thompson, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, George Rodger, Bert Hardy, Roger Mayne, and Nic Turpin.
