‘Renoir, Impressionism, and Full-Length Painting’ at the Frick
May 10, 2012 – May 12, 2012
When the Barnes Foundation opens its new Philadelphia home on May 19th, visitors risk revulsion at that collection’s acres of wobbly orange female flesh depicted by Renoir. As a preventative, visit Manhattan’s Frick before May 13th to enjoy his redemptive Dance at Bougival, star of “Renoir, Impressionism, and Full-Length Painting.”
