Titian’ in Rome

Selected by Ingrid D. Rowland

March 5, 2013 – June 16, 2013

Titian visited Rome twice in his life, and now he is back with forty paintings for an exhibition at the Scuderie del Quirinale in Rome. The former papal stable is spacious enough to hang monumental paintings in style, and rewards its visitors with a final breathtaking panorama of the city, including the ruins of the otherwise invisible Temple of Serapis, the largest in ancient Rome.

Tickets from €12. For more information, please visit scuderiequirinale.it.
