Unauthorized Renewals and Subscriptions

A number of companies are selling subscriptions and renewals via the mail, email, and telephone without our authorization. We are not responsible for their solicitations and are not responsible for the rates that they charge. Their rates are often higher than ours. We have no relationship with these companies and cannot guarantee that subscriptions purchased from them will be sent to us to be fulfilled. You should not send any payment to them or respond to their subscription or renewal offers for the New York Review.*

Please be sure to renew your subscription only through one of our renewal notices (sample shown) or through our website. Our notices are printed with The New York Review of Books logo and ask that payment be made in favor of and sent directly to The New York Review of Books in either New York, NY or Big Sandy, TX. We never use telephone solicitation to our subscribers.

*Note: The New York Review of Books does use several legitimate subscription services to sell our publication. If you have a question about any subscription agency, please feel free to contact us at (800) 354-0050 or nyrsub@nybooks.info. Thank you
for your assistance.
