To the Editors:

Readers of The New York Review may be interested to learn that the Israeli leader Arie Eliav will be visiting the United States between March 21 and April 25. Eliav, a member of the Knesset, is the former secretary general of the Labor Party and is now the leading spokesman for those in Israel who advocate negotiations with Palestinians and withdrawal from occupied lands in exchange for a secure peace settlement. People who are interested in hearing Eliav or in arranging for him to speak should contact Robert Loeb, executive director of the Breira, which is sponsoring his visit.
