Peter Lowe divides his time between East Sussex in the United Kingdom and Paris. He teaches at the Bader International Study Centre, and is currently writing a study of the role of classical art and architecture in the political climate of the 1930s. He is also researching a book on the fate of writers and artists in the USSR in the same decade. (January 2021)
