To the Editors:
For a study about the pioneer discount retailer Sam Klein, and his store S. Klein’s on the Square, I would appreciate hearing from anyone who knew Sam Klein, worked with him, shopped at the Union Square Klein’s (especially prior to his death in 1942), or even shoplifted at Klein’s. All Klein’s-related stories welcome.
