In Garry Wills’s article on Martin Luther King Jr. [“An American Iliad,” NYR, April 6], the caption for the photograph of the Selma march misidentified the man at the far right as Reverend Fred Shuttlesworth. He should have been identified as Reverend F.D. Reese, president of the Dallas County Voters League in Alabama.
