In the first part of my series about Tennessee Williams [“Victims on Broadway,” NYR, May 26], a list of films in which Jessica Lange portrayed mentally unstable Southern women erroneously included the 1982 biopic Frances, about the actress Frances Farmer (who was, in fact, from Seattle). The list should have read as follows: Hush (1998), Blue Sky (1994), and Crimes of the Heart (1986).
