Jérôme Tubiana

Jérôme Tubiana has advised Médecins Sans Frontières’s programs for migrants and refugees since 2018, mostly in Libya. For twenty years, he reported on conflicts and displacement across the Horn of Africa and the Sahara. He has written for the London Review of Books, The Nation, The Baffler, Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Policy, and is the author of the award-winning graphic novel Guantánamo Kid. (February 2023)
